Answers to FAQs:
- you must purchase access and log in before you can see the videos. Please only purchase access once per household.
- if you purchase access and do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk folder.
- upon purchasing access, you are automatically logged in. If you spend more than a few days away from the website, you will have to log in again.
- you can log in here.
- if you press play on a new video, but can still hear the previous one, please navigate to the first one and pause it.
- make sure you have a good internet connection, and check that you are viewing at 1080p resolution by clicking on the little cog at the lower right of each video.
- you can view the videos in full-screen by clicking the arrow icon at the lower right.
